Rafi Alsaed is an experienced football coach with a diverse background in coaching at various levels. Currently serving as the U9s-U14s Assistant Lead Phase Coach and U11/12s Coach at Watford Football Club, Rafi has also held roles as a Coach Developer with The Football Association and as Head Coach for both U16s/18s and U15/16s at RC Lens London. Additionally, Rafi has experience as Head Coach for the Men's XI at Homenetmen FC and has led coaching efforts at Imperial College London. Rafi holds a Master's degree in Football Coaching and Performance Analysis from UCFB and a Bachelor of Science in Political Economy from King's College London.
