Dylan Kwan has worked in various roles since 2017. Dylan began their career at Credit Suisse as an Investment Banking Divison in 2017. In 2018, they took on the role of Blockchain Consultant at C Block Capital Group. In 2019, they became a Board Member and Co-Founder & CEO of Caprikon Education, a STEAM service provider to schools all over Hong Kong. In 2021, they joined the Board of the International Coding Education Foundation. In 2022, they became the Chief of Staff at WATI, a customer engagement software provider, and an Assessment Panelist of the Innovation and Technology Fund for Better Living at the HKSAR Government.
Dylan Kwan is currently pursuing a Global Business & Economics degree from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Dylan has also been a Visiting Student at Harvard University, studying Economics. Additionally, Dylan is set to obtain an Oxford Executive Leadership Programme certification from the University of Oxford in March 2022.
