Paul Chapman has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Paul is currently working at Wave as the Head of Data Analytics, where they have been since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of BI and MI at Wave from September 2021.
Before joining Wave, Paul worked at BGL Group for a substantial period. Paul served as the Business Intelligence Manager from July 2016 until September 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Business Performance Analysis Manager from June 2009 to June 2016. Paul also worked as a Senior Marketing & Data Analyst from August 2008 to June 2009 and as a Senior E-commerce MI Analyst from October 2007 to August 2008.
Paul has also gained experience at Emap Consumer Media as a Direct Marketing Analyst from 2003 to 2007, and at AMP Financial Services as a Business Analyst - Sales MI from November 2000 to April 2003. Paul started their career as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Precision Valve UK Ltd from June 1997 to October 2000.
Paul Chapman attended Loughborough University from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree in Manufacturing Engineering & Management.
