Ngoc C has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Student Representative at Northumbria University. In 2014, Ngoc C worked as a Finance Assistant at Oxfam and a Volunteer Researcher at Northumbria University, where they coordinated with two doctors in Strategic Management and International Business subject group to transform their Master dissertation into a book chapter. In 2015, Ngoc C worked as a Vietnamese Telephone Interpreter at LanguageLine Solutions. In 2016, Ngoc C worked as a Vietnamese Interpreter at North of England Refugee Service and a Research Analyst at WaveMetrix, where they were responsible for market research specializing in online research. In 2017, Ngoc C worked as a Translator at Eldon Bureau Translation and Interpreting. Since 2019, Ngoc C has been working as a Senior Finance Officer, Accountancy Officer, and Finance Officer at NHS Business Services Authority.

Ngoc C completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam in 2011. Ngoc then went on to pursue a BA (hons) in Business Management from Leeds Beckett University in 2012. In 2013, Ngoc C graduated with a Master of Science in Global Financial Management from Northumbria University.
