Avery K. serves as the first Director of Human Resources, People, and Culture at Way to Win since 2022, with over 20 years of experience in HR leadership, consulting, and training across nonprofit, federal government, and social impact sectors. Responsibilities include HR operations such as talent recruitment, organizational change management, performance management, benefits, DEIBA initiatives, and compliance. Additionally, Avery is the Chief Executive Officer and primary facilitator of the LeaderShift Challenge® at The Leadership Boot Camp LLC., and has held several significant roles including Chief Operating Officer at International COD and Human Resources Consultant at the National Skills Coalition. Educationally, Avery has obtained multiple credentials in Human Resources Management and Services and alternative dispute resolution, and has extensive experience as a recruiter and HR professional across various organizations.
