Martin Coghlan

Martin Coghlan is an experienced engineering professional with a background in software development and management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Wayflyer since August 2021, Martin has previously held roles as Lead Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Software Engineer at Walmart Global Tech, where Martin focused on full-stack development utilizing Java Spring Boot microservices, Typescript GraphQL, and Typescript React. Martin began a career in software development at Transics, progressing from a Senior Contract Engineer to Senior Software Developer roles at WABCO, and has extensive experience in web development and team leadership from earlier positions at Healthwave Limited, CarrierWeb, Irish Broadband, and IPlanit. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University College Cork and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from The Open University.
