Matthew Powers

Matthew Powers, MBA, MSF, serves as the Director of Finance at Waymark and previously held several finance roles at Bicycle Health, including Director and Associate in Strategic Finance. Prior to that, Matthew gained experience as an Investment Banking Associate at Stifel Financial Corp. and as an Associate in Restructuring & Special Situations M&A at G2 Capital Advisors. Early in Matthew's career, roles included Sr. Treasury Analyst and various positions within the Finance Leadership Development Program at Textron. Matthew holds both a Master of Science in Finance with a focus on M&A and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Corporate Finance & Investments from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
