Daniel Uchôa is an accomplished entrepreneur and CEO with extensive experience in technology and business development. As the CEO of Workverse since May 2022, Daniel focuses on transforming employee experiences to enhance productivity and reduce turnover. Prior roles include CEO of OvermediaCast, where strategic accelerations through Wayra resulted in successful market expansions in Europe. Daniel's entrepreneurial journey includes founding OvermediaCast and raising initial capital at CIETEC, Latin America's largest incubator. With a solid academic foundation, Daniel holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and has also been involved in academia as a professor and researcher.
