Shane Conners

Shane Conners currently serves as the Director of Strategic Finance at Wayspring since April 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including Strategic Finance Associate and Executive Director, IN at Wayspring. Prior to that, Shane worked as a Private Equity Associate at Access Holdings from August 2022 to March 2023, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond James from June 2020 to June 2022, complementing an earlier position as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Raymond James in the summer of 2019. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Washington and Lee University, where studies were completed between 2016 and 2020, following education at South Carroll High School from 2012 to 2016.
