Chris Jayne

Chris Jayne is an experienced leader in revenue capture and client success, currently serving as Vice President of Revenue Capture Solutions and Vice President of Client Success at Waystar since September 2021. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Patientco, which is now part of Waystar, from October 2017 to August 2021. Chris also contributed to athenahealth as Senior Manager of Enterprise Client Development, focusing on high-level client relationships and operational improvements from September 2015 to September 2017. Earlier experience includes a Senior Manager role at Triage Consulting Group, managing multiple consulting engagements and generating significant annual revenue from July 2006 to September 2015. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from Emory University, completed in 2006.
