Nick Wheeler is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational management and strategic development within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Group COO at Waystone since May 2020, Nick has progressed through various leadership roles including Interim Group COO, Deputy Group COO, and Global Head of Centralisation. Previously, Nick held the position of Director at Barings and contributed to HSBC as Director of Strategic Business Development & Planning within HSBC Securities Services, as well as Senior Product Manager. Earlier career experience includes Product Development Manager at Citi. Nick has served on the Board of Directors for the County Tipperary Chamber from August 2021 to November 2022. Nick holds a Business Diploma from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a BA in Economics and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin.
