Alan Brookes has extensive experience in leadership roles within the construction and consulting industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Arcadis since January 2014, where Alan has also held positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Group Executive for Europe and the Middle East. Previous roles include Head of Asia Pacific and Asia Leader at EC Harris from 2000 to 2014, and Chairman at Povall Flood and Wilson from 1997 to 2000. Alan Brookes holds a BSc in Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, completed from 1980 to 1984, and attended Queens Park High School in Chester from 1975 to 1980.
