Ana Beatriz Macedo da Costa is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs and sustainability across Latin America. Currently serving as the Legal, GA, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Vice President for Natura since February 2020, Ana previously held the position of VP, General Counsel, Legal & GA for Avon, overseeing legal and governmental affairs across several Latin American countries from October 2012 to January 2020. Earlier in their career, Ana held various legal roles at notable companies such as Xerox, Chevron, Oi, Texaco, and Ipiranga, developing expertise in litigation, regulatory relations, and corporate legal affairs. Ana’s academic background includes an MBA in Business Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a postgraduate degree in Law from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
