Lori Malatesta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lori started their career at Commonwealth Edison, where they held various human resources positions, including Senior Contract Administrator and Human Resources Representative. Lori then moved on to Market Day, where they served as Human Resources Manager for both Corporate/Special Projects and Distribution Operations. Lori also worked at Amdocs as a Director of Human Resources, gaining global and cross-cultural experience. Lori further expanded their HR expertise as an HR Consultant for Provisur Technologies Inc. Before joining Honeywell as a Director of Organization Development and Learning and later as a Global Director of Human Resources, they worked at UOP LLC. Lori's experience also includes serving as CHRO at KI Industries, Inc. and as Executive Vice President, People and Culture at Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at Chicago Public Media. Throughout their career, Lori has demonstrated a talent for organizational restructuring, optimization, and developing top talent.

Lori Malatesta holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they have obtained the SPHR certification from HRCI in December 2002.
