Kristina Rex is an experienced journalist currently serving as a reporter for WBZ | CBS Boston since August 2018, where responsibilities encompass story pitches, conducting interviews, research, and on-air presentation for the 11 PM newscast. Prior to this role, Kristina worked as a multimedia journalist for NEWS CENTER Maine Media from October 2015 to July 2018, focusing on general assignment and investigative reporting with a passion for issues such as crime and the opioid epidemic. Earlier experience includes a sports intern position at 7 NEWS, WHDH-TV, where notable interviews were conducted with prominent athletes, and internships at Kel & Partners and WCVB-TV, gaining skills in social media content creation and newsroom operations. Kristina Rex is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at New England Law | Boston, with a Bachelor's in Communications from Boston College.
