Ivan Fuentes has extensive experience in case management and program supervision within the health and community services sectors. Currently a Case Manager at WCB-Alberta since June 2021, Ivan demonstrates a commitment to effective recovery and return-to-work plans by managing a complex caseload and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Previously, Ivan served as a Program Supervisor at Edmonton Integrated Services, overseeing staff and supporting individuals to achieve independence, and as a Community Disability Practitioner, ensuring program goals were met. Early career roles include Key Holder and Sales Associate at The Running Room, where Ivan honed customer service skills. Ivan holds a Human Resources Management Certificate and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta, as well as experience in Japanese studies from Ritsumeikan University.
