John Spencer

John Spencer has over 26 years of work experience in project management and leadership roles. John started their career in 1993 at Intermountain Healthcare as a Computer Operator and then moved on to roles such as A.R. Clerk and Electronic Medical Claims Technician. In 1999, they joined SelectHealth as a Project Manager/Business Analyst, where they worked until 2007. From 2007 to 2017, John worked at Intermountain Healthcare as an I.S. Project Management Consultant, leading the Finance Project Management team. Currently, they are employed at WCF Insurance, where they have held the positions of Senior Project Manager since 2017 and Director of Project Management since 2019.

John Spencer obtained a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management from Brigham Young University from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Utah from 1991 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, John has obtained certifications in ITIL version 3 Foundation from EXIN in May 2010 and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in February 2005.
