Amanda Hiatt Johnson

Amanda Hiatt Johnson, M. Ed, currently serves as the Director of Learning & Development at WCG, where responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of integrated talent management strategies. Previously, at Clinigen, positions included Head of Learning & Development and Employee Development, Engagement, & Communication Lead, focusing on global employee strategies. Additional experience encompasses roles as a Learning & Development Partner and various coaching positions at North High School. Earlier career highlights include serving as an E-Learning Specialist at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities and an intern with the International Institute of Minnesota. Amanda Hiatt Johnson holds a Master of Education in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota.
