Heather Kim

Heather Kim, MS, RAC, CIP, currently serves as the Quality Assurance Manager at WCG IRB since December 2016, successfully hosting a routine FDA audit with no findings. Prior to this role, Heather held multiple positions at Copernicus Group IRB from November 2011 to December 2016, including Senior Regulatory Compliance Auditor, where responsibilities included assisting with AAHRPP applications and coordinating harmonized SOPs across five companies. Additional roles included Quality Assurance Auditor and Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance Coordinator, focusing on document management, vendor assessments, and regulatory checks. Heather's career began with internships at GlaxoSmithKline, where experiences included regulatory affairs and data management. Education includes a Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
