Kristina Baysa

Kristina Baysa, CPA, has extensive experience in financial management and analysis, currently serving as Manager of FP&A at WCG since February 2020 after progressing from Senior Financial Analyst. Prior experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst at NRG Energy and as a Senior Accountant at Tufts Medical Center. Additionally, Kristina worked as an Audit Senior and Audit Staff at EY, and gained early experience as a Strategic Planning Intern at Praxair and a Clinical Programs Administrative Assistant at Boston University School of Law. Kristina's career began with an internship at Verité focused on international labor law compliance. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, obtained in 2013.
