Stephen Barnes

Stephen Barnes currently serves as the Director of Proposals at WIRB-Copernicus Group since March 2019, bringing extensive experience in client services and deal development from previous roles at Covance from 2008 to March 2019. Prior to Covance, Stephen held the position of Manager of Sales Operations at Kenexa and was involved in field sales at Xerox for nearly four years. Initial experience in sales began as a Sales Representative at Princeton Softech. Stephen holds a Master's degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and two Bachelor's degrees in Philosophy from Colby College and Business from Temple University.
