The property investment segment includes holding assets for capital appreciation and rental income. The Company has operations in Malaysia, the Middle East, India, Mauritius and Vietnam. The Company's operations in the Middle East include construction of a government administration building in Doha; construction and design of highway and airport in Doha, Dubai and Oman, and construction of road utilities, underground car parks and light rail transit station in a township in Qatar. The Company's operations in India include the construction of highway and concessionaires.
