Laura McMillan is a seasoned digital operations specialist with extensive experience in online ad serving and inventory management. Currently employed at WDEF-TV since November 2017, Laura oversees ad serving, reporting, and workflow management while collaborating closely with Account Managers and sales teams to ensure the successful fulfillment and optimization of campaigns. Previously, Laura held the position of Digital Advertising Management at Chattanooga Times Free Press, where responsibilities included managing ad serving and revenue reporting, along with engaging sales teams for campaign performance updates. Earlier roles included customer service at Cigna, online support at Chattanooga Times Free Press, and general management at Mail Processing Center Inc. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bryan College and an Associate of Arts in Business from the University of Phoenix.

WDEF
WDEF–TV, channel 12, is the CBS affiliate television station for Chattanooga and the Tennessee Valley. The station, whose call letters came from its former AM and FM sister stations, is owned by Morris Multimedia. Its studios are located on Broad Street in Chattanooga, while its transmitter is located in nearby Signal Mountain. On cable, WDEF-TV is carried on Comcast channel 13, and on EPB Fiber Optics channels 12 and 312 in the Chattanooga area. Syndicated programming on WDEF includes: Judge Judy, The Insider, and The Andy Griffith Show.
