Melissa Chen started their work experience in 2015 with positions at EY as part of the Emerging Leaders Program and as a Full Stack Engineering Intern at Localwise. In 2016, they worked as a Tutor and Lab Assistant at the UC Berkeley Department of Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences. From 2017 to 2018, Melissa worked as a Software Developer at BlackRock. Currently, they hold the position of Software Engineer at Wealthfront, starting in 2019.
Melissa Chen completed their high school education at Los Altos High School from 2009 to 2013. Melissa then pursued further education at the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree from 2013 to 2017. Their degree was focused on Economics, with a minor in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
