Walid Soussou serves as the President of Wearable Sensing, where responsibilities include forging strategic partnerships and developing targeted solutions for high fidelity wearable sensors in markets such as Neuromarketing and Neurofeedback. Prior to this role, Walid Soussou was the CEO of QUASAR Inc., leading the R&D of dry EEG electrodes and cognitive augmentation technologies. As a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Burnham Institute, contributions involved implementing multielectrode array technology to study NMDA receptors in aging and neurodegenerative diseases. Additionally, Walid Soussou worked as a Scientific Consultant at Neural Consultants, where evaluations of Brain-Computer Interface technology led to a published book on the findings. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Southern California and a BS in Biochemistry from Boston College.
