Hayden Hughes

Hayden Hughes currently serves as the Managing Director for Sourcing, Talent Insight & Attraction at AMS, a position held since July 2017, and also acts as the Global Head of Permanent Sourcing. In this role, Hayden Hughes leads Insight Led Sourcing teams with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences for a global client portfolio. Prior experience includes roles at Citi as the Global Head of Sourcing and Attraction for Investment Banking & Technology and at Deloitte as the Head of Sourcing and Internal Mobility for EMEA. Hayden Hughes has also held positions such as Head of Sourcing for UK and Tax Recruitment Manager at Deloitte, and worked as a commercial photographer prior to entering recruitment. Educational background includes a BA Hons in Philosophy from Swansea University, completed in 1997.
