Joanna Banach has extensive experience in recruitment and customer success within technology operations. Currently serving as a Principal Specialist in Technology Operations - Customer Success at AMS since April 2017, Joanna previously held various roles in recruitment administration, including Principal Recruitment Administration Specialist and Lead Recruitment Administration Specialist. Prior to AMS, Joanna worked at Nokia Networks as a Receptionist from April 2015 to November 2016. Joanna’s career began at Aparthotel, where Joanna worked as a Reception and Service Manager from July 2011 to February 2014.
