Paul Watters

Paul Watters serves as the Global Head of Risk & Compliance at AMS since July 2010, overseeing a comprehensive range of compliance functions, including regulatory standards, operational compliance, sustainability, and risk management frameworks. Previously, Paul held the position of Head of Business Assurance and Change for Contingent Workforce Solutions at AMS, where responsibilities included governance, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to AMS, Paul worked at Barclays as a Business Assurance Manager, focusing on operational and governance audits. Earlier roles included Head of Internal Audit and Head of Contractor Management at Spring Group Plc, and various managerial positions in contracts and account management. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Plymouth.
