Olivia Chaplin

Olivia Chaplin, MBA, CCP®, GRP®, currently serves as Compensation Manager at Moore since May 2023, following an extensive career in compensation analysis and management at prominent organizations such as BAE Systems, American Institutes for Research, Serco, SI International, and Perot Systems Government Services. With a focus on job creation, compensation benchmarking, and HR consultancy, Olivia has led key initiatives including the annual merit and promotion processes, strategic benefit projects, and HR system implementations. Olivia holds a Master of Science in Technology Management with a Project Management specialization, an MBA in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and Virginia Tech, respectively.
