Bethany Harlin

Bethany Harlin is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People Partners at Planet since June 2023, Bethany previously held the position of HR Director for the UK & Ireland. Before joining Planet, Bethany worked at Sweaty Betty as a People Partner from August 2021 to June 2023. Earlier career roles include HR Business Partner, People Change Consultant, and Human Resources Consultant at O2 (Telefónica UK) from September 2017 to August 2021. Bethany began the career at Hays as a Recruitment Consultant from May 2015 to January 2017.
