Catherine Marshall has a diverse work experience in the design industry. Catherine is currently working as the Head of Design & Development at Tala since April 2023. Prior to that, they had a design contract with Rapha from June 2022 to April 2023. From August 2020 to May 2022, Catherine worked as the Design Manager of Performance Sport at Superdry, and before that, they were the Lead Sportswear Designer from February 2020 to August 2020. Catherine also worked as a Sportswear Designer at SOME IDEAS LIMITED from July 2016 to February 2020, where they designed technical sportswear for various clients. Catherine gained experience as a Performance Designer at Rapha Racing Limited from November 2013 to October 2015, mainly working on the Team Sky professional cycling range and women's performance cycling ranges. Catherine also worked as a Fashion CAD Designer at Issa London from October 2012 to November 2013 and as a Freelance Fashion CAD Designer at Boden for a brief period in October 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Design Assistant & Studio Manager at Negarin UK LTD from September 2011 to August 2012 and as a Design Assistant at JOI Ltd from June 2009 to June 2010. Catherine's work experience demonstrates their expertise in design and development within the fashion and sportswear industry.

From 2007 to 2011, Catherine Marshall attended The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they earned a BA Honours in Clothing Design and Technology. Catherine'sfield of study focused on Fashion/Apparel Design.
