Shirley Yu is an accomplished data scientist currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at WeArisma since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Data Scientist at Network Rail from March 2021 to December 2022, and various positions at BBC where Shirley advanced from Data Scientist to Senior Data Scientist between January 2017 and March 2021. Academic qualifications consist of an MSc in Computer Vision, Robotics and Machine Learning from the University of Surrey, an MSc in Operational Research from Lancaster University, and a BSc in Mathematical Economics & Statistics from the University of Birmingham.
