Howard McCullough has a diverse range of work experience. Howard began their career in 2004 at Strong Arm Productions as a Liaison to Artists and Promotions. From there, they worked at Mix One Studios as an Assistant Audio Engineer and later at Mass Appeal as an Intern in General Business Administration, Marketing, and Promotions. In 2008, they joined WaxPoetics as an Assistant, focusing on Sales and Support.

In 2010, Howard became a Trainer/Supervisor at Flextronics and then moved on to work at Sprint as a Lead Mobile/Systems Technician from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they also worked at Major League Baseball Advanced Media as an IT Systems Support.

In 2015, Howard joined 7 NEWS, WHDH-TV as a System Administrator/Systems Engineer and has been there ever since. Most recently, Howard started working at The Weather Channel in 2022 as a System Engineer.

Howard McCullough attended several educational institutions, starting with Ithaca Senior High School, where they obtained their high school diploma in 2000. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Pittsburgh from 2000 to 2002, pursuing a Bachelor of Science program in Computer Science. Subsequently, from 2002 to 2004, Howard attended the Academy of Art University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science program in Graphic Design and Media Arts. Following their time at the Academy of Art University, Howard attended Bridgewater State University from 2004 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Music. Lastly, Howard attended Full Sail University from 2006 to 2008, obtaining an Associate of Science degree in Recording Arts.
