Paul Huang

Paul Huang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and business strategy. Currently serving as Consulting Principal and Consulting Director at Weave Services Limited since July 2022, Paul has successfully led large-scale supply chain transformation programs in the retail and garment sectors, emphasizing cost reduction, sustainability, and operational improvements. Prior to this role, Paul held senior leadership positions at BSH China, overseeing demand-supply functions and the operations of 5.6 million appliance deliveries annually. With a solid foundation from Accenture, Paul executed numerous projects across various industries, enhancing operational efficiency and driving significant cost savings. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from National Chiao Tung University.
