In 2013, they attended the Indian School of Business for the General Management Programme for Future Leaders by Centre of Executive Education, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Nishant also obtained a Certified Project Manager qualification from FICCI in the same year. In 2022, Nishant Malhotra pursued a Certificate in Luxury Marketing at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, with an additional focus on Luxury Product Marketing. Nishant has obtained various additional certifications throughout their career, including Project Management, LOMA Level 1 in Life, Annuities & Health, and various certifications related to investment advising and mutual fund distribution.

WeaverStory.com began its Journey on National Handloom day on 8th August 2015 to promote and preserve the dying art of Indian handlooms and also remove the perception of handlooms being luxury products as promoted by large stores. Handloom Industry is the second largest employer in the country today after Agriculture and India is truly unique and rich in this art. We are the only country where each state does its own weaving right from Banarasi to Kanjivaram to Ikats and patolas to Bomkai’s the variety is unlimited. As we travel the handloom clusters of India, we are more determined to bring the best of the craftsmanship to the world, and help the struggling craftsmen with a window to showcase their best products and Weave a Story for us. We take pride in sharing that in our small journey we are able to not just curate but start our own production, and also have a Bespoke Banarasi Collection. Weaverstory is not only an online brand but also has a significant presence with our Flagship store in heart of South Delhi, which give a unique and unimitable experience to our customers. We have been expanding our market with exhibitions and roadshows in other parts of country to make Weaverstory accessible brand. We are proud to share that we now have customers across the globe in more than 20 countries and are continuously striving to ensure high quality at affordable prices. We also have a softer side to our approach. We work with the ladies of our weavers and help them with skill education through workshops on saree finishing, Tassles making, etc ensuring they become financially stronger and independent.
