Blake Emett

Blake Emett has a strong background in compliance and regulatory affairs. They most recently served as Vice President of Compliance at WebBank, starting in January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager of Compliance Chief of Staff at WebBank from November 2019 to January 2021. Before joining WebBank, Blake worked at Zions Bancorporation as a Compliance Program Manager from May 2017 to November 2019. They also worked at Ally Financial Inc. as a Regulatory Affairs Manager from October 2015 to May 2017. Earlier in their career, Blake held positions at Zions Bancorporation as an FIU Supervisor and Compliance Analyst. They have extensive experience as a Chief Compliance Officer, having served in that role at Meridian Asset Management from June 2004 to June 2014 and at Compass Financial Advisors from July 2013 to May 2014. Prior to their compliance roles, Blake worked as a Project Manager at Martin Landscape. They began their career as a Service Volunteer at LDS Church, where they directed volunteer efforts and oversaw the organization's expansion into Russia.

Blake Emett holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Economics from the University of Utah. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Russian Language and Literature, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics, both also from the University of Utah.
