Kgotso Nchefu is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical support and team management. Currently serving as the IT Support Team Leader at Webber Wentzel since January 2019, Kgotso leads a technical support team while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Prior experience includes roles as an Information Technology Support Administrator and 1st Line Support Engineer at Xon Systems, where timely resolution of trouble tickets and effective customer communication were prioritized.
