Webco Industries Inc
Dana S. Weber became CEO of the Company in March 2011 and appointed to Chair of Webco’s Board of Directors in October 2018. Ms. Weber was President of the Company from June 1995 to April 2019, and Vice Chair of the Board from June 1990 to October 2018. From June 1990 to March 2011, Ms. Weber was also Chief Operating Officer.
Ms. Weber’s term as a Director of the Company expires in February 2024. Ms. Weber also served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer from both August 1994 to July 1995 and June 1986 to June 1990. Ms. Weber has been with the Company in various positions since 1977.
Ms. Weber graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1979 and with a Juris Doctorate in 1983. Ms. Weber is also a 1986 graduate of the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development.
Ms. Weber is the daughter of Webco's founder, the late F. William Weber.

The Company's tubing products consist primarily of pressure tubing, including heat exchanger and boiler tubing, and specialty tubing for use in durable and capital goods. The Company's tubing product type includes welding tube, cold drawn-welded and cold drawn-seamless. The Company's alloy/grade products include carbon tubing, nickel alloys, specialty alloys, stainless and titanium. The Company's value-added services include bending, custom mill length, end formed/swaged, finning, heat treating, packaging, precision cutting, product availability and responsiveness. The Company has approximately six production facilities in Oklahoma and Pennsylvania, and over five distribution facilities in Oklahoma, Texas, Illinois and Michigan, serving customers globally.
