Adrian Motyka has extensive experience in software development and leadership, currently serving as Programmer Team Lead at WEBCON since July 2013. In addition to leading a programming team, Adrian has also worked as a Software Developer at WEBCON. Earlier in August 2012, Adrian contributed as an Instructor at Creative Space, where the organization conducted workshops for children focused on building and programming robots using Lego Mindstorms NXT, with plans to expand into teaching programming for robots based on AVR processors. Adrian holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering from Jagiellonian University, completed in 2015.
