Caitlin Damiano is a dedicated professional with a background in education and operations. Currently serving as a People Ops Admin and Attendee Support at Webconnex since December 2022, Caitlin has established a solid foundation in operational administration. Previous experience includes four years as an Elementary School Teacher at Rock Creek Elementary School, where Caitlin designed data-driven curricula and revised school processes. Earlier roles include serving as a Resident Advisor at William Jessup University, mentoring students and coordinating activities, and as a Barista at Starbucks, where Caitlin was responsible for training new staff. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Jessup University, complemented by studies at Mission College.
