Robert Lim

Robert Lim is an Assistant Superintendent at Webcor since September 2021, with prior roles as Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer. Robert's experience includes working with the California Department of Water Resources as an Engineering Student Assistant from August 2019 to May 2021, focusing on project design and utility mapping. Robert began a series of internships at Webcor, including positions as a Project Engineer Intern on significant projects such as Swinterton's Trinity Phase IV and Block 8 (The Avery), where responsibilities encompassed managing concrete pours, coordinating job site activities, and conducting field inspections. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Junior Estimator/Engineer at Romak Iron Works. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Chico, obtained in 2021.
