Tim Wortham

Tim Wortham is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee experience and management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Employee Experience at Webcor since September 2017, Tim previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Guitar Center, where significant achievements included reducing retail turnover and aiding in structural reorganization. Prior experience includes HR Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where Tim developed training programs and decreased turnover, and a management trainee role at American Savings Bank. Tim holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
