Ashish Raj

Ashish Raj serves as the Lead Solutions Engineer at WebEngage, starting in June 2023, where responsibilities include leading a team to design and deliver technical solutions for SME clients and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer success and revenue growth. Previously, Ashish held the position of Sr. Solutions Engineer (Frontend), consulting with enterprise clients and deploying personalized user engagement campaigns using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Ashish began at WebEngage in February 2021 as an Implementation Engineer, developing web-based engagement campaigns that promoted user retention and product adoption. Ashish is currently pursuing a Minor in Artificial Intelligence at the Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar, and has completed a Full Stack Developer program at Masai in 2020.
