Kapil Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In 2001, they started their career as a Business Solutions Executive at Pegasus Consulting Group, where they worked until 2005. Following this, they joined Fulcrum Worldwide as a Senior Business Analyst and worked there for ten years until 2015. In 2015, they joined Weber Shandwick as a Tech Platforms Analyst and Manager, Global, where they are currently employed.

Kapil Sharma completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Management from Abilene Christian University in the year 2000.
