Seby Rodrigues

Seby Rodrigues has extensive experience in talent and human resource management. Seby is currently working as a Senior Manager Talent and Human Resource at Weber Shandwick since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Manager Talent and Human Resource at IPG DXTRA starting from October 2017.

Seby's career began at Indiabulls Group in May 2006, where they served as an Assistant Manager of Recruitments until August 2010. Following this, they joined ABC Consultants as a Senior Consultant from August 2010 to July 2013.

In July 2013, Seby started working at MSLGROUP, initially handling talent acquisition responsibilities across multiple locations in India. Later, they transitioned into the role of HR Business Partner - West, focusing on learning and development, talent management, employee engagement, and exits. Seby served in this position until September 2017.

Seby Rodrigues completed their International Executive MBA in Human Resource from United Business Institute in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Guru Nanak Khalsa College - Mumbai, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Earlier in their education, Seby completed their SSC from ST: Dominic Savio High School Andheri, although the specific years were not provided.

In addition to their formal education, Seby has also obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they completed a course titled "Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy" offered by LinkedIn. In September 2019, they obtained a certification called "Excel: Tips and Tricks" from the same platform. Another certification they acquired was "Having Difficult Conversations" from Lynda.com, which was obtained in February 2013.
