Michael Jacobs

Michael Jacobs is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent companies. Currently serving as President and Interim CEO at Weber LLC since September 2014, Michael has spearheaded a multi-year transformation of the Weber brand, significantly enhancing revenue and profitability. As Chief Operating Officer, management of a dynamic team and oversight of a $100–$120M operating expense were crucial in restructuring product management functions and launching new categories targeted to generate over $250M in incremental revenue by 2026. Previous roles include Vice President of Logistics and Materials and Vice President of Strategic Sourcing at Rockwell Automation, where optimization of global supply planning and compliance in international trade were key achievements. Career beginnings included leadership positions at Schneider Electric and Bosch Power Tools, focusing on sourcing and purchasing. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Valparaiso University and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
