Mike Bayer

Mike Bayer currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at Weber LLC, a publicly-traded global manufacturer of outdoor cooking products, since 2022. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Chief Accounting Officer at Gogo Business Aviation, a provider of in-flight connectivity services, from 2015 to 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as VP & Corporate Controller at Zekelman Industries, Controller at Motorola Mobility, and various director-level positions at Exelon Corporation. Additionally, Mike worked at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company as Manager of Reporting and began a career in auditing at PwC, where responsibilities grew over a span of 12 years. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miami University.
