Steve Golich

Steve Golich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in category management, merchandising, and e-commerce. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Category Management & Merchandising at Weber LLC since October 2016, Steve leads go-to-market strategies, product assortment, pricing, promotions, and analytics for the U.S. business. Prior roles include Director of Digital Commerce & Direct to Consumer at Weber LLC, and Senior Marketing Manager at ITW, where Steve managed a $112 million portfolio and significantly increased market share through strategic initiatives. Steve's earlier positions include key marketing roles at ACH Food Companies, Rust-Oleum Corp., and Bison Gear & Engineering, demonstrating a strong track record in product development and brand management. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from DePaul University.
