Steven Schlegel

Steven Schlegel has extensive experience in sales management, primarily within the home improvement and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director at Weber Inc. since April 2018, Schlegel oversees the company's relationship with Lowe's, focusing on sales strategy, forecasting, and product management, among other responsibilities. Prior roles at Weber include Sr. National Account Manager and National Account Manager, where Schlegel successfully expanded sales to approximately $60M. Previously, at Stanley Black & Decker, Schlegel was responsible for various product lines sold at Lowe's, and at Newell Brands, managed sales for multiple brands in industrial and retail markets. Schlegel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
