Sylvia Rudowicz

Sylvia Rudowicz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Global Strategic Sourcing Manager at Weber-Stephen Products LLC since 2019, Sylvia develops and executes sourcing strategies for BBQ grill accessories while collaborating across various functions. Prior to this, Sylvia held the same position at Stryker from 2014 to 2019, focusing on the MAKO robot technology. Sylvia also served as Head of Global Supply Chain Operations at Cross Match Technologies, and managed significant supply chain projects for Nokia Siemens Networks. Earlier roles at Siemens Communications included positions as Sr. Product Manager, Manager of Technical Sales Support, and Product Manager, demonstrating a robust capacity for market introduction processes and support team leadership.
